The AC in the room was a big necessity in the heat and humidity of Cartagena. The staff, especially John, was super friendly and helpful. The location of the hostel was great, right in the center of everything. The rooms were well equipped and breakfast was included.
Felt at home instantly, no complaints at all.

All rooms are clean and have functioning air conditioning. Dinner is consistently available and reasonably priced. The staff is helpful and offers assistance with any requests. Laundry service is affordable. The breakfast is enjoyable in a lovely dining area. The location is convenient for exploring the city center.

Great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and discover all the wonders of Cartagena. The staff was warm and friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday trip extra special. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were absolutely delicious, a perfect way to start the day.
The WiFi was poor near the balcony, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there were a couple of issues during my stay.

The rooms at Hostal Casa Torres Centro Historico are amazing! Some units even have a balcony, which is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Cartagena weather. I stayed in a double room with a washing machine and tile/marble floor, making it feel like a luxury home away from home. With the kitchenware provided, I was able to cook my own meals and save some money during my trip. The bed linen and towels provided in the rooms were clean and comfortable.
My only small gripe is that not all the double rooms had a balcony. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
